Concepts: packaging vs hosting

Web tutorials end on a server. Desktop tutorials end on packaging: dependencies, OS Tk bindings, where the SQLite file lives, and how staff back it up. Optional PyInstaller can freeze a one-file binary; always test on each OS you support.
