About Swiftener

Swiftener is a free collection of focused web apps for everyday file, media, math, productivity, and coding work. Instead of one oversized “do everything” dashboard, each suite is a small product with a clear job — convert a PDF, normalize an MP3, trim a video, or try a language playground — so you can finish the task and get back to what you were doing.

Who builds Swiftener

Swiftener is an independent project created and operated by Michael Dunga. There is no venture-backed growth team rewriting the homepage every week. Shipping is deliberate: fix the tool, document the privacy trade-off, publish guides people can actually use, and keep the suite list honest.

Questions, bug reports, and partnership notes are welcome at michaeldunga1@gmail.com or via Contact. For WhatsApp, use the number listed in the site footer.

Who Swiftener is for

We build for students, freelancers, teachers, small teams, and anyone who needs a reliable utility without installing desktop software or creating an account for every one-off job. Most tools work without signing in. Optional accounts exist for features that truly need them (for example URL monitors), not as a gate in front of the core utilities.

If you have ever hunted through five bookmark folders for “that free converter that still works,” Swiftener is meant to be a calmer alternative: one brand, clear suites, and predictable privacy notes on each product.

How the platform is organized

Swiftener.com is the hub. From there you open a suite on its own subdomain — Audio Tools, ImageTools, PDF Tools, Video Tools, MathTools, Development, Network Tools, Productivity, and Tutorials. Each suite lists its tools with short descriptions so you can search and jump straight in.

What we believe about privacy

Utility sites earn trust by being boringly clear. When a tool stays in the browser, we say so. When a job needs the server, we say so — including that temporary uploads exist and are not a permanent archive. Analytics and ads only run after you Accept the cookie banner (Consent Mode defaults to denied). You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Advertising and keeping Swiftener free

Swiftener is free to use. We use Google AdSense to help cover hosting, bandwidth, and maintenance for the media and compute-heavy suites. Ads are not the product — the tools are. If ads ever interfere with a workflow, tell us; we care more about usable utilities than maximizing clutter. See also the Disclaimer.

Original content on this site

Beyond the tool shells themselves, we publish:

We keep expanding guides so visitors — and search engines — can understand what each suite does, how privacy works, and when to prefer a browser-local tool versus a server job.
